Born Maternity offers flat rate standard shipping for $10 Australia-wide, and express shipping for $15, both sent via Australia Post from Shepparton, VIC.
We also offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100!
Orders placed by 1pm AEST on business days are packed and dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number and regular Australia Post delivery times apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Born Maternity. If for any reason an item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days for an exchange, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.
Please note: Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns received after 30 days may still be considered for an exchange or refund at our discretion.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original sale condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Please repackage your return with care to ensure it arrives in a resalable condition.
In-Person Purchases (Markets & Pop-Ups)
For purchases made at markets or pop-up events:
