Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 60 day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that you received it

unworn or unused
-
with tags attached
-
in the original packaging
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at enquire@bornmaternity.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
